I am an experienced and professionally qualified Psychodynamic Psychotherapist registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and a full professional member of the Foundation for Psychotherapy and Counselling (FPC). As a psychodynamic psychotherapist I believe that current patterns of behaviour are often affected by experiences earlier on in our lives. I offer one-to-one sessions in a quiet and confidential space where you are free to talk safely and without fear of rejection, judgement or blame. I will help you think about your thoughts, feelings and experiences relating to your current difficulties, as well as exploring how they may be connected to other areas of your life. Through understanding what is happening we can explore how to move forward.
I offer one-to-one psychotherapy and counselling sessions in safe and confidential environment. We will meet for an initial consultation which lasts for 50 minutes during which time we will be able to explore what your needs are and how psychotherapy may help you, this will be done over one or two sessions. Should we agree to work together then sessions last for 50 minutes and take place on the same day each week.
